General Terms & Conditions

Car Parking

The hotel has its own car park which is available free of charge to residents. All cars are parked at their owners risk and Redesdale Arms Hotel does not accept any responsibility for damage or theft of or from vehicles parked within hotel premises.
Car park is open to customers of restaurant and bars alike and spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Pet Policy

With the exception of working dogs for disabled people, our hotels do not accept pets in the rooms, hotel or restaurants. HOWEVER dogs are permitted in the bar and garden areas provided they are well behaved and on a lead at all times.

Child Friendly Policy

In the interest of privacy for all our customers it is Redesdale Arms Hotel’s Policy that any child over the age of 5 should not use the bathroom of the opposite sex.
Children are welcome in the hotel, restaurants and bars but should be supervised at all times.
We also ask that children are well behaved and those disturbing other guests and customers may be asked to move to another area or leave.

Special Offers & Packages

Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year, Cheltenham Gold Cup and other selected dates may be excluded from special offers and have restrictions such as minimum number of nights to be booked.
Offers including upgrades are all subject to availability unless otherwise stated.
Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or package.
Management withhold all rights.
